Cancellation Policy?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the T-shirt or hoodie has not yet been printed. After 24 hours, orders are forwarded to our warehouse for processing and shipping, and cancellations are no longer possible.
Return & Refund Policy?
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee only if:
- The product is misprinted, or
- It arrives damaged.
In such cases, you can return the item within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund.
What if the print fades or the color washes off?
If your T-shirt’s color or print fades, simply send us a photo of the affected product along with your Order ID. We’ll process a full refund within 24 hours, no questions asked.
Incorrect Size Issue?
If the size of the T-shirt you received differs from the size chart on our website (with a tolerance of up to 4%), we’ll provide a free replacement.

Not Happy with the Fabric Quality?
Our T-shirts are made from 100% pure cotton (190 GSM), pre-shrunk, and bio-washed for premium quality. Since quality is subjective, we do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with the fabric unless there’s a defect.
Delayed Delivery?
We aim to deliver all orders within 3 – 7 business days. In the event of a production delay, we may offer a partial refund.
However, we cannot cancel or refund orders delayed due to external factors beyond our control, such as:
- Government tax holds
- Natural calamities
- Octroi-related issues
Color Variation Notice?
Please note: slight variations in color, especially neon shades, may occur due to digital display differences. Refunds will not be granted for minor color discrepancies.
